Four bids were received: Ron-ex Excavating for $22,000.00; Trout Enterprises for $20,000.00; RK Construction for $16,750.00 and Wm. J. Schwartz & Sons, Inc. for $14,950.00. A motion was adopted to accept the Contract with Wm. J. Schwartz & Sons, Inc.
