JOHNSON ROAD : MINIMUM-MAINTENANCE REPAIR

QUOTE REQUEST 10-6-2022

WORKSCOPE :

From the ‘MINIMUM-MAINTENANCE’ sign @ 36233 Johnson Road north approximately 3/4 mile up to the intersection.

PHASE ONE: Shave off sod from shoulders and haul away. No sod to be used on road bed. To be completed no later than December 31, 2022.

PHASE TWO: Fill holes with red rock or equivalent crushed rock. Level center road bed with class 5; make passable usage for cars as per MN Statute 160.095. To be completed no later than December 31, 2022.

PHASE THREE: North of intersection to end of township road only fill ruts as necessary. To be completed no later than June 30, 2023.

NOTE: Please have quotes separated by each phase. All quotes must be received by Deer River Township Clerk no later than 7:00 PM on October 20, 2022.
