REQUEST FOR SNOW REMOVAL QUOTES

Deer River Township is accepting sealed quotes for plowing the parking lot and shoveling the sidewalk at the Deer River Township Hall during the 2026–2027 winter season.

The parking lot and sidewalk must be cleared following each snowfall accumulation of two inches or more, unless otherwise directed by the Township Road Supervisor. Quotes must clearly state the proposed pricing method and rates, including any separate charges for plowing, sidewalk shoveling, sanding, or additional visits.

Quote must include a Certificate of Workman's compensation and Contractor Liability Insurance in the amount of *$1,000,000.00. Sealed quotes must be received on or before 7 pm, October 15, 2026, to be opened at that time at the twp meeting. Quotes may be sent to PO Box 122, Deer River, MN 56636. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.

*Any project under $5,000 requires Liability Ins. in the amount of $1,000,000.00. Any project over $5,000 requires $1.5 million Liability Ins.
