Seeking Quotes for Snow Removal at Hall

Quotes accepted for plowing and shoveling at Deer River Township Hall, as needed, winter 2026. The parking lot and sidewalk shall be cleared with each snowfall accumulation of two (2) or more inches, with input from the Road Supervisor as needed. Quote must include a Certificate of Workman's compensation and Contractor Liability Insurance in the amount of *$1,000,000.00. Sealed quotes must be received on or before 7 pm, October 16, 2025, to be opened at that time at the twp meeting. Quotes may be sent to PO Box 122, Deer River, MN 56636. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.

*Any project under $5,000 requires Liability Ins. in the amount of $1,000,000.00. Any project over $5,000 requires $1.5 million Liability Ins.
